What Awaits You at the Spa?

A spa visit is a planned relaxation experience from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you rise from the rest area. If this is your first visit, here's how it unfolds: in a brief welcome chat we listen to what you need that day, work out your program together, and take you to your private room — the rest of the time is entirely yours. You don't need to know in advance what you'll do; recommending the right program is our job.

  1. Welcome and needs chat — Where has your tension built up? Are you looking for quiet, care, or muscle relaxation? The program takes shape around these answers.
  2. Choosing the program — Massage, hamam, sauna, or a combination of these; duration and order are arranged around you.
  3. Preparation — You're given single-use textile items and your cabin key, and change comfortably.
  4. Treatment — Sessions take place in your own private room with sterilized supplies; you set the pace at every stage.
  5. Rest and refreshments — At the end of the program, you unwind over herbal tea and refreshments, easing gently back into your day.

There's only one rule throughout: no rushing. The value of your spa day lies in the uninterrupted time you set aside for yourself.

How Should You Plan Your Spa Day?

The formula for a good spa program is simple: heat first, then touch, then rest at the end. Heat (hamam or sauna) softens the muscles; a massage works much deeper on a body prepared this way; and the closing rest break seals the experience. Three example flows depending on your available time:

  • Quick break (60-75 min): A short sauna round + a 50-minute classic massage. The most practical option after work.
  • Classic spa (about 2 hours): Hamam ritual (scrub-and-foam) + massage + tea break. This is the most balanced program for a first spa experience.
  • Full renewal (half a day): Sauna + hamam + aromatherapy massage + scrub-and-foam ritual + a long rest. Ideal for special occasions or "resetting" after a busy period.

Should I choose my program in advance?

Not necessarily. We set a general framework over the phone and adjust it to your needs once you're at the salon. Our only tip is about timing: set aside at least 2 hours for programs that include the hamam, while shorter, massage-focused programs are completed in 60-90 minutes. Our salon is open every day from 10:30 - 03:00, so late-hour programs are possible too.

What Do You Gain From a Spa Visit?

The spa's most tangible gain is a few uninterrupted hours that belong to you: no phone, no rushing, no decision fatigue. This break shows up as lighter muscle tension, a sense of better sleep, and a calm that carries into the next day.

  • Physical relaxation: The combination of heat and massage supports the easing of daily tension that builds up along the shoulders, neck, and lower back.
  • Mental refreshment: A quiet room, dim lighting, and aromatherapy scents make it easier for the mind to step out of "always-on" mode.
  • Scrub-and-foam ritual: After the scrub and foam treatment, skin visibly refreshes.
  • The ritual effect: Regular spa breaks are a planned promise of self-care to yourself, not a random one — and that's exactly what makes it sustainable.

How often should you take a spa break?

As a general guide, one full program a month or a short break every two to three weeks keeps most working people in balance. During busy periods — a project deadline, exam week, moving house — a spa day planned for the end of that period also works as motivation: "I'll treat myself to this once it's over." The right frequency depends on your own pace; we adapt the program to your needs on the day, every time.

An honest note: the spa is not a medical treatment and should not be marketed as one. For chronic pain or health issues, talk to your doctor, and let's adapt the spa program together based on that conversation.

What Should You Keep in Mind Before Coming to the Spa?

Short answer: just bring yourself. Wraps, towels, slippers, and all personal textile items are new and single-use for every guest; care products are ready at our salon. A few details to make your experience seamless:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time, so there's no rush for the welcome chat and preparation.
  • Eat something light 1-2 hours before your program; a full stomach disrupts comfort in flows that include the hamam or sauna.
  • Drink plenty of water during the day; hydration before and after heat treatments matters.
  • You can leave jewelry and valuables in your locked cabin; it's most comfortable to have no accessories on during treatment.
  • If you've had the scrub-and-foam ritual, sunbathing and heavy makeup are not recommended the same day — let your skin rest.
  • If you are pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, or an ongoing health issue, consult your doctor before starting the program and let us know at the time of booking — we'll plan a suitable, heat-free flow for you.

Hygiene is our job: rooms are ventilated and disinfected after every session, supplies are sterilized, and textile items are never used a second time. You can ask about anything on your mind before your session — we never start a treatment without giving you a clear answer.

How Does the Spa Work for Couples and Groups?

A spa experience becomes even better when shared: in couples' programs, sessions are scheduled at the same time so you can spend the rest break together. For anniversaries, birthdays, or couples who simply want to treat themselves, the hamam + massage combination is the most popular flow; we adjust the duration and content to your shared pace.

We also arrange sequential session plans for groups of friends and special celebrations, staggering times based on group size so everyone's program fits into the same visit.
